You will either be lying down or sitting, head, neck, and trunk straight, to do these online guided meditations; prepare to take this time to feel recharged and head out into your life with a more peaceful mind and energized body. There are several options, from guided breathing practice to practices for the chakras and 31 points.

Need a moment to recharge? This systematic guided practice involves relaxing every body part, setting a new tone for the day ahead, the rest of the day, or before you slumber. This guided relaxation can be used any time you need to calm the mind and settle the nervous energy in the body.
Guided Practice #3
Mūlādhāra Chakra Guided Practice 3
In this practice, you will be seated, and the focus will be on moving stagnant energy in the Mūlādhāra chakra, which makes one prone to selfishness and attached to sensual pleasures. The focus will be on stabilizing and grounding in all facets of life, making one feel more balanced and content.
Guided Practice #4
Maṇipūra Guided Practice 4
In this practice, you will be seated, and the focus will be on moving static energy in the Maṇipūra chakra, which makes one prone to lethargy and hate. The focus will be on creating discernment and giving one purpose to accomplish what one must accomplish: I can, I will, I must.
Guided Practice #5
Svādhiṣṭhāna Chakra Guided Practice 5
In this practice, you will be seated, and the focus will be on moving inert energy in the Svādhiṣṭhāna chakra. The focus will be on developing self-confidence, courage, and conviction while letting go of helplessness and fickleness.
Guided Practice #6
31 Points Guided Practice 6
In this guided practice, you will lie down, moving your awareness inward, allowing you to experience deep rest via deep breathing and visualization. This is the shortened version of 61 points. This is not time for a nap. If you are falling asleep, stop this practice until you can stay awake.
