This practice is a guided meditation leading us through all chakra points in the body with particular focus on expanding the root chakra that resides at the base of the spine.

31 points is an incredible practice that leads the practitioner through particular focal points throughout the body, which leads one to a completely relaxed yet conscious state. This practice is very good for sharpening concentration. It is not recommended to do this while you are tired.
